Just another new one...

Came to this sight to get more info on the trail closure sit...  I've been helping my son build his Scout for years.  Now it is time to work on my own rig...  Think I'm more into the building than the wheelin', but when it's done I just gotta use it.  It lookin' like the trails may all be closed by the time I'm done...
Building a '47 Willys Jeep, from the ground up (it still at the ground stage now, pictures would just show rust).
Just thought I'd check in and say "Hi".

Welcome to another 2A Heeper.

Mines been doing its thing...  though, even though it may need more TLC than it gets.

Get yours able to trail,  and not necessarily to the point of being a trailer queen,  and lets wheel them!

Okay, you asked for pics...  I threw in the first one for kicks, the 48 is a donor, realy rusty...  I have a longs ways to go, the white one is the 47 heep I'm building.
Anybody need a flathead 6 studebaker eng?  The rest of the runner gear is going too...
Hopefully she'll be running in a year or two...
