Roomate needed for 2 bd/ 1 ba house in Avenue's near Big Al's, wood floors, fenced back yard, off street parking, PETS ok, washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood, separate phone line to bedroom, split PGE in half

NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL ABUSE please
