Pamela Lemen is a 64 year old, white female, 5'2" and 160 lbs. Short gray hair and no teeth or dentures, possibly wearing mismatched slippers.
She has the mental age of 6-10. She has been missing since midnight Friday from central Red Bluff, has no money and by now, could be just about anywhere.
