We saw them as Suzy and I went in. Tweakers. 3 of them, one sled, and that truck. Then we actually stopped at S-Line on the way out after passing the chick alone on the sled a day later. She stayed about 150 ft from us and watched us until I called her over. I asked her if she was OK, and she said oh yea. So we took off. Tweakers, just look at the pics on chicoer.com. Doubtful they got anywhere near Philbrook. Too hard to get there. But there are those three cabins around the area by Fish Creek.
