I'm driving down the street by my house, and glance at a lifted white Toyota 4Runner with a funky red tube bumper at a house construction site. It kinda stood out. Something looked wrong. Another look - and I see it is missing a mud flap. I leave a note. Couple hours later, a girl calls me. Yep, she had lost it wheeling the day before and was really bummed. She had custom built them after getting a ticket for not having mud flaps and fender flares and was quite proud, as it was one of her first mods that she did, welder and all. She was quite happy to have it back. Wierd coincidence to find the flap 50 miles away on a dirt road, and have the truck show around the corner. Oh, and the tube bumper? It was hot pink!
And the snow report. She said her 2 ft high front bumper was pushing snow through drifts just past Inskip. Melt baby, melt!
